Home / The FUTUROSALUD ASI Manager as a Digital Occupational Safety Platform
The FUTUROSALUD ASI Manager digitalises key occupational safety processes and creates transparency.

Many companies still organise occupational safety with spreadsheets, email folders and scattered document storage. While the business is small, this may work, but as complexity grows, risks increase: deadlines are missed, documents cannot be found and responsibilities remain unclear. The FUTUROSALUD ASI Manager was developed to close these gaps and map occupational safety processes digitally, traceably and scalably.

At the heart of the platform are Risk assessments, action planning and Training. For each work area, hazards can be recorded in a structured way, measures defined and responsible persons assigned. Follow-up reminders automatically alert to due updates. Training can be documented and linked to the relevant risk assessments, so it is clear what content was trained in which area.

Beyond that, the FUTUROSALUD ASI Manager supports the coordination of inspections and maintenance. Equipment, plant and safety devices are recorded with inspection intervals and responsibilities. Due dates appear in overviews that give managers and occupational safety specialists a quick overview. This reduces the risk of inspection obligations being unintentionally neglected.

The platform is designed to bring external and internal actors together. External occupational safety specialists or Biological safety officers can work directly with the same data that is available to the company. Recommendations and reports are stored in the system in a structured way and linked to the relevant measures, rather than ending up in email inboxes.

For companies that work with FUTUROSALUD, the ASI Manager thus becomes the central tool for occupational safety. Concepts developed in consulting projects find their practical implementation here in the form of tasks, deadlines and evidence. In this way, occupational safety on paper becomes a living management system that measurably simplifies day-to-day operations.
