Training and safety instruction are central building blocks in occupational safety. They are legally required but are often seen as a mandatory exercise with little lasting effect. FUTUROSALUD shows how training can be designed so that it is both documented in a legally sound way and actually influences behaviour in daily practice.
The first step is a clear definition of objectives: Which risks should be addressed, which behavioural changes initiated and which knowledge conveyed? FUTUROSALUD uses practical formats: short, topic-specific units, case studies from the company, interactive elements and clear instructions for typical situations. Documentation of attendance and content is done in a structured way in the FUTUROSALUD ASI Manager. Involving managers increases effectiveness. Training thus becomes a building block of a learning organisation.
