Companies need both predictable regular support and rapid assistance in exceptional situations when it comes to occupational safety. FUTUROSALUD offers both: structured regular support through external occupational safety specialists and in addition an SOS service that is available at short notice for acute questions. This allows long-term strategies and short-term responsiveness to be sensibly combined.
In regular support, the scope of support, priority topics and recurring dates are agreed with management. These include for example regular inspections, ASA meetings, updates to Risk assessments or annual training. These elements form the backbone of a reliable occupational safety system and are documented in a traceable manner in the FUTUROSALUD ASI Manager.
The SOS service adds a flexible component to this backbone. When unexpected events occur – such as accidents, notices from authorities or short-term project requests – a team of experienced occupational safety experts is available to provide short-term support. This can range from telephone advice and document review to a quick on-site visit. In this way companies remain able to act even in stressful situations.
FUTUROSALUD ensures that information from the SOS service is systematically fed into ongoing support. Findings from acute cases are used to sharpen risk assessments, adapt training concepts or improve organisational rules. In this way a learning system is created that becomes more robust with each experience.
The combination of regular support and SOS service is particularly attractive for small and medium-sized enterprises that cannot or do not want to build their own large occupational safety department. They benefit from predictable structures and at the same time from the assurance of not being alone in critical situations.
